Gosford played its first match of Masters pennant at Charlestown Golf Club Today. The course was wet and carts were off so our athletes had to walk the course. Charlestown had a very strong team and were difficult match at their home course and we went down 6.5/1.5. A good win to Paul Jefferson and a half to former Club Champion Robbie Whyte who is still looking for his parking spot.
Next week we have a rematch at home and I believe our boys will be very competitive.
